Interesting picture really, and very describing.. 
yeah, unfortunatelly many continue smoking and don't even try to get rid of it even it slowly kills :/ it is simply so addictive. Very expressive pic.. Many think they are "strong enough" to handle the smoking, but as the pic shows - the cigarette always wins...
